A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 18, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle B, driving at the front of the middle distance from the Tri-gu Tri-si, Suwon-si, which is located in the Dong, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle on September 20, 2017.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act: (a) operated a car without mandatory insurance at the same date and place as stated in paragraph (1).

On April 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) acquired the said car registered in the name C from the deceased and the deceased; and (b) did not file an application with the Mayor/Do governor for the registration of ownership transfer without justifiable grounds to be followed by around September 18, 2017.

On March 22, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a EX car from around 800 meters to the front road of the same city-based 800-lane from the front road of the Dong Dudu Police Station, 89 Dong-si, Do-si, Do-si, Do-dong, without obtaining a driver’s license on March 22, 2018.
