A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 4, 2018, around 18:45, the Defendant: (a) accessed the subway station of subway No. 1 located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul to the direction behind the victim F (name, leisure, age 27) and committed an indecent act in his/her hands.

2. The Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim F at the time, time, and place described in paragraph 1, as described in paragraph 1, and committed an indecent act in a way that the victim’s name in the way near the same front entrance was left in the way that the victim’s name and influence was left twice.

3.
