Punishment of the crime

[2016No. 105] On April 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 01:10 on April 3, 2013, at a Diven room located in the East Sea C (26 years of age); (b) after drinking alcohol together with the victim E (the victim E) and soliciting the victim to move to the new wall; (c) on the ground that the victim was willing to move to the victim’s mother-child-child house located in the F when he refused to do so; (d) while the victim was in dispute, the victim’s face was kneed one time with kne, kne, and 6 to 7 times, the victim’s face was fright, hair, body body body body, and the victim was 8 weeks of the need for treatment, and the victim was satising the victim’s face, hair, internal wall, and 4 weeks of injury requiring treatment.

[2016No. 392] On September 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on September 14, 2014, at the house of the Victim H (53 years old); (b) on the ground that the victim made an examination of the Defendant’s female-friendly I and reported the Defendant’s whereabouts to the police; and (c) on the part of the victim’s face; (d) entered the part of the victim’s face; (e) was taken back on the part of the victim’s face going beyond the floor; and (e) was taken about 10 times on the part of the victim’s face; and (e) was taken about 6 weeks on the part of the victim’s face; and (e) was inflicted an injury, such as an an an ad hoc spathy from the right side of the river that requires treatment for about 21 days to the left side.
