Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants and F’s joint crime committed by the Defendants are those who run a commercial sex business establishment in which female employees are allowed to engage in sexual intercourse in return for payment by receiving a promise from male customers by H and I, etc. from the office located on the 13th floor of the Gtel in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, and by using K5 vehicles to the place where male guests are located, etc., and by allowing them to engage in sexual intercourse in return for payment.
