A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015 Highest 918"

1. The Defendant, at the E convenience store operated by the victim D in Kuri-si, set the Co-Defendant F Co-Defendant F (hereinafter “F”) out of the convenience store in the night, and Co-Defendant G (hereinafter “G”) of the separation pre-defendant G (hereinafter “G”) conspired to steal cash from the convenience store depository using the gap of F.

On February 25, 2015, the Defendant, together with G, inducedd tobacco to out of the convenience store by proposing to smoke from the above convenience store. G opened a credit cooperative in the convenience store calculation unit, and cut off cash of KRW 607,700.

2. At around 03:00 on February 27, 2015, the Defendant, in collaboration with G, destroyed the door door door and damaged it, and then stolen it with a drinking water and fruit amounting to KRW 20,000,00 in the market price.

3. On March 3, 2015, at around 04:25, the Defendant, in collaboration with G, destroyed the glass entrance, which is a deadly weapon, and then intruded with G to the said Schlage, and stolen it by carrying out a simple safe of worth 27,00 won in cash and KRW 78,50,000 in the market price.

4. At around 02:30 on March 15, 2015, the Defendant, together with G, destroyed the door door by cutting off the door door, and then invaded into the said door door with G and stolen it with cash KRW 30,000.
