1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 27, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

1. The following facts of recognition may be acknowledged, either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the entries in Gap evidence Nos. 2 and 3 and the purport of the entire pleadings:

The Plaintiff is an employee who had worked in the Defendant Company from September 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016.

B. From September 2015 to May 2016, the Plaintiff did not receive wages of KRW 27,000,000 from the Defendant, and the Defendant, on May 20, 2016, prepared a written confirmation of overdue wages and delayed payment to the effect that the Defendant did not pay the said amount, and issued it to the Plaintiff.

2. According to the determination and conclusion, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 27, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the instant payment order was served to the Defendant, as requested by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
