A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 22:00 on December 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) laid down vinyl bags containing five gramopon from D from D’s house located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, 4 Dong 1209; and (b) laid down a Gaphone 6, the market price of which is 110,000 won on December 10, 2014.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On December 15, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime of December 15, 2014, at around 15:00, received free vinyl bags containing about 10 grams of philophones upon D’s request to sell philophones from D in the street near the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.

B. On December 16, 2014, around 14:00 on December 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) boarded a car that was loaded on the street (hereinafter “G”; hereinafter referred to as “G”); (b) boarded a passenger car that had been loaded on the street near the Fran shop located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu; and (c) determined that G was the 2-A.

At least 0.0641g, approximately 0.0978g, as described in the claim, the number of persons who can purchase the penphones received from D was found, and 2 as soon as possible containing approximately 0.0641g and approximately 0.0978g.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received psychotropic drugs.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 6, 2014, the Defendant, at around 22:30 on December 6, 2014, inserted the sponopon from DNA, purchased from D, as described in paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and injected it into the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

B. At around December 16, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime in December 16, 2014, KRW 2-A at the home of the Defendant in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ around December 23:00.
