1. The Defendant is a sub-titled loan hub.
B, E, E, and F purchased apartment houses under the name of B with no collateral value due to the prior lessee who received the confirmation date, then, as if there is no prior lessee, forged a written statement of access to the transferred household, and then submitted a forged statement of access to the transferred household to the financial institution and conspired to divide the loan into two.
