Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:00 to 02:00 on Jan. 8, 2020, the Defendant her friend C and drinking at a main station located in Syang-gu B at Annyang-si, Syang-si, and around 02:00 on the same day, her friend C and her friend passenger car was parked along with C at the F middle and high school located in the same Gu E.

Although the Defendant knew that C was under the influence of alcohol due to 1/2 disease in small cities, 1/2 disease in small cities, and 1/2 disease in small cities, C would drive the said car, and C would drive the said car at the seat of the said car operation, and the Defendant, after being accompanied by the head of the said car operation, posted the key of the vehicle, with the vehicle sticked to 0.187% under the influence of alcohol concentration at a level of 0.187%, C would drive the said car at a level of approximately 700 meters from the road near the said F, Middle, and High Schools to the road in front of the said restaurant located in Hayang-gu.

Around 02:45 on January 8, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) operated the said car under the influence of alcohol level 0.09% of the blood alcohol level 0.09% at the right side of the Defendant’s friendly C, who driven under the influence of alcohol, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), was driven by the Defendant’s friendly C, and was driven from the above cafeteria with the wind to shock the support stand for the entrance signboards to the above cafeteria, and was driven by the Defendant’s friendly C while driving the said car under the influence of alcohol level 0.09% of the blood alcohol level from the above 1m-line.
