Defendant

B is the head of the G Commercial Building Residents Countermeasure Committee, and Defendant A, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F are members of the G Commercial Building Residents Countermeasure Committee.

On October 18, 2017, the G Project Committee for the Residents of Commercial Building is an organization established by the lessee in the pertinent project zone, who was notified of the relocation due to the approval of the management and disposal plan for the G reconstruction project, to guarantee the right of survival, and filed a civil petition against the H institution for the removal of garbage in the project zone several times. However, on September 19, 2018, H institution did not take any measures, after cleaning the project zone around September 19, 2018, garbage was collected and loaded into two truck and visited the H institution for the demonstration.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 19, 2018, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) at the H institution parking lot located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City I, public officials of the Gu including the Korea Local Facility Police Officer J, etc. belonging to the said Gu office, including the truck and the aforementioned Countermeasure Committee’s members included a dangerous article to prevent the entry into the Gu’s office; (b) threatening and threaten the head of the J; and (c) was sealed by the J’s chest by hand.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous things, and obstructed the performance of official duties by assaulting a public official of the Gu office who performs legitimate duties on the protection of H agency buildings and the maintenance of order.

B. On September 19, 2018, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties and injury (1) at the parking lot of the above H institution: (a) the public officials of the Gu including the National Administrative Assistant Inspector K, who were affiliated with the above Gu office, prevented the truck from entering the office of the above Gu office and the members of the above Counterterrorism Commission, and attempted to throw away garbage; (b) the public officials of the Gu office, including the above Gu office, prevented them from leaving the scene of the demonstration with a cell phone with a defect in order to take the scene of the demonstration with a cell phone to collect evidence; and (c) put the kne away from the left kne of the K to the K for about fourteen (14) days on the right angle, etc. requiring medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant is about H agency building protection and maintenance of order.
