Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A, as the head of the Category D federation, determines the matters related to the street points in the E area jointly with the central organization, and directs and supervises its members, and Defendant B is the person who is the secretary general of the E-branch office in the E area.

1. The members of the above E branch, including Defendant A (Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act) around 16:30 on October 10, 2013, on the ground that the Gangnam-gu Office collected handcles, etc. while controlling the illegal street on the long distance in the Dordong Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on the same day, at around 18:00 on the same day, public officials were allowed to visit Gangnam-gu Office, but they could not make a claim due to their already retired, the Defendant ordered the members of the E branch to re-consign the E branch again on the following day.

From October 11, 2013 to 15:00 on October 11, 2013, the Defendant, along with approximately 120 members, demanded a direct interview with the head of the Gu in front of the main office and branch office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul Samsung-dong, and attempted to enter the office building, and was prevented by the career compared to the career. 2. around 09:20 on October 11, 2013, Defendant A, B (Obstruction of Performance of Official Duties, Bodily Injury) committed assault by Defendant A, B, and Defendant B also committed an act of putting the said F’s hump belt by setting up the hump in front of the 1st floor of the main floor of the Gangnam-gu Office located in Samsungdong-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. However, Defendant A was subject to the construction management and F by the Gangnam-gu Office’s construction management and control, and Defendant A was under the control of the hump of the said F.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to protect the above F’s office building.
