A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to conduct fee-charging job placement services in the Republic of Korea shall register with the competent authority where the main place of business is located.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from August 1, 2018 to August 22, 2019, operated a “news report” under the trade name “C” between B, Cheongdong-gu, Cheongju-si, and operated fee-charging job placement services by means of bringing 10,000 of them out to the Defendant as a job placement fee, without registering with the competent authority, by carrying women D, E, etc. onto the F Kan-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k-k
