A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “news” term “B” under the trade name of “B” at the time of Jung-Eup, and supplies the said women to entertainment bars as entertainment reception workers, while carrying women on a car in the CKan-gu.

No person shall conduct fee-charging job placement services without registering with the competent authority.

Upon receipt of a request from May 2014 to April 2015, the Defendant: (a) was waiting to enter the said car into the said car at the time zone in the front-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City; (b) D (n, 30 years of age, and period of service from January 2015 to April 4, 2015), E (n, 30 years of age, period of service from October 2014 to February 2015), F, and G, etc. while waiting to enter the said car at the time; (c) the Defendant was waiting to leave the said car for entertainment drinking house from many entertainment drinking places; and (d) was sent KRW 5,000 for the introduction of double KRW 5,000 by using the said car for entertainment drinking house.

Accordingly, the defendant conducted fee-charging job placement services without registering with the competent authorities.
