Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a 50cc-wheeled vehicle that was not reported.

On February 19, 2017, the Defendant driven a bicycle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.165% among blood transfusions, and proceeded with the above road at a new school located in Youngcheon-si, Youngcheon-si, which is located in 579, from the 16:15 square meters away from Youngcheon-si, Cheongcheon-si.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, in such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to thoroughly operate the front line and to safely operate the car line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and caused the collision with the part of the victim B (here, 40 years old) driver's first loading of the passenger vehicle C in the opposite lane, which was operated on the opposite lane beyond the median line, as the front part of the motor device bicycle.

Defendant 1’s occupational negligence inflicted injury on the Defendant 2-day salt, tensions, etc. to the Defendant 1, and the Defendant 1 suffered from the Defendant D (44 years old) who was accompanied by the Defendant 1’s cargo to the victim D (44 years old) for a two-day period of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a bicycle rider.

A motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance is prohibited from operating on the road, but in violation of this, it operated the motor vehicle bicycle without mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

3.
