Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 29, 2016, around 14:40 on October 29, 2016, the Defendant driven the E-high-speed car volume in front of the D gas station located in Busan Northern-gu, and proceeded two-lanes. On the ground that the HINFINITG G37S vehicle driving at the F apartment, which entered the left-hand turn in accordance with normal new signals in the latter part of the F apartment, has moved to the right-hand turn in its own vehicle, the Defendant saw the victim into a breathrosting.

For the foregoing reason, the Defendant 1: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to walk the window and this set at the victim’s vehicle that stops due to getting off from the vehicle, signal atmosphere, etc.; and (b) expressed the victim’s vehicle at the vehicle; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to get off the vehicle; and (d) the victim, who caused the anxiety, driven the Defendant’s vehicle at the highest seat of the Defendant, in order to drive the vehicle at the seat of the Defendant’s seat in the seat of the damaged vehicle, using the vehicle, which is a dangerous object, such as suddenly kiding the victim’s body, thereby threatening the victim.
