Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold a local mental medicine over three times.

1. Around May 21, 2015, the Defendant received drugs of psychotropic spirit from G in the F Park parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for free, about 0.61g philopon from G in the rocketing car parked in the F Park parking lot.

Accordingly, the defendant accepted a local mental medicine.

2. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A. On May 5, 2015, at around 23:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into the Defendant’s arms at I hotel 405 room located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On May 6, 2015, the Defendant around 02:00, the foregoing paragraph A.
