The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal only requested the police officer to help a person who was used in front of the police box to help him/her, and there is no fact that he/she was under influence of alcohol as stated in the judgment below.

2. According to the evidence duly adopted and examined by the lower court on May 31, 2014, the Defendant was at the time of trial as an operational issue with a taxi engineer and operation, and the Defendant was at the Socheon-gu Police Station. The Defendant was recommended by a police officer to return home because the said taxi engineer left the earth, and thus, the Defendant was also refused to do so. While under the influence of alcohol, the police officers in the relevant area were able to take away from the earth, and the police officers were scam and scam and scambling the earth, etc., and the fact that the Defendant scamed or scamed by very rough words and actions at a government office under the influence of alcohol as stated in the lower judgment is sufficiently recognized.

3. If so, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
