Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months and by a fine of one million won.
The above fine shall not be paid by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants related to the status of the Defendants were the users who were employed in the business of recycling and manufacturing L CD panel while serving as the representative director of M Co., Ltd., Ltd., in Daejeon-gu from February 28, 2008 to December 17, 2015.
From December 18, 2015, the Defendant is an employer who is working as the representative director of M Co., Ltd. and operates the reproduction and manufacturing business of L CD panel.
2. Specific criminal facts;
A. Defendant A 1) The fact that wages, etc. were violated of the Labor Standards Act that did not pay wages, etc. on a regular payment date shall be paid at least once a month on a fixed date. Nevertheless, Defendant A did not pay wages of KRW 1,141,940 to workers N at the above workplace on April 25, 2015, which was the regular payment date, and did not pay KRW 476,089,429 in total to 46 workers on the regular payment date, as stated in attached Table 1, from around that time to September 25, 2015, as stated in attached Table 1, from around that time, to September 25, 2015.
Nevertheless, Defendant A did not pay a total of KRW 476,089,429 to 46 workers as described in the above paragraph (1) on the regular payment date respectively, and Defendant A paid KRW 476,089,429 to 46 workers on the date of the regular payment date, and Defendant A paid KRW 400,000,000,000 for each of the collective agreements lawfully concluded pursuant to the Labor Relations Adjustment

Article 42. 'A' violated the contents of the collective agreement.
As a result, Defendant A was effective on March 20, 2015, and the contents of the collective agreement duly concluded.
