Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a Bing MZ car;

On May 24, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol of 0.088% with blood alcohol concentration around 23:21 on May 24, 2019, and led to two-lanes between six-lanes in the direction of vertical distance in the direction of vertical distance.

While the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.088% at the time and time set forth in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Defendant was driving the said sprinkler MZ car at a section of approximately 24 km from the roads of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu to the kndscam distance in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si.
