A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has been married with a Korean national from Vietnam to naturalization.

When the Defendant, along with Vietnam, submitted to the Korea Road Traffic Authority a motor vehicle driver's license issued in Vietnam along with Vietnam, submitted a vehicle driver's license to the Korea Road Traffic Authority to exchange it with Vietnam, he thought that the Road Traffic Authority is unable to easily verify the authenticity of the Korean motor vehicle driver's license, and the Defendant recruited a person who wants to obtain a Korean driver's license without Vietnam's license in Korea, posted an advertisement on the issuance of the Korean motor vehicle driver's license on the Internet Pest, and then transmitted the photograph of the requester's photograph, passport copy, and foreigner's registration certificate to the above B, using information such as photograph delivered by the Defendant, etc., and then sent it to the requester on his home by forging the Vietnam motor vehicle driver's license and let the requester exchange the Vietnam motor vehicle's license forged at the driver's license test site located near the residence.

1. On December 2017, 2017, the Defendant forged private document: (a) posted an advertisement stating that he/she would make it possible to obtain a Korean driver’s license of a motor vehicle in Vietnam and exchange the Korean driver’s license; (b) received a request for issuance of a Korean driver’s license from C who reported and contacted the advertisement and transmitted the passport, etc. to the above B; (c) using the advertisement, the Defendant forged the driver’s license of a motor vehicle in the name of the Vietnam traffic station in Vietnam to November 2018 by using it; and (d) using it, B forged the driver’s license of a motor vehicle in the name of the traffic station in Vietnam to the above 20 persons as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form as above.
