A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, around 17:00 on September 22, 2014, committed an indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim by using an equipment containing his fixed amount at the bus stops near the 612-Fro-ro 6th-ro, Yongsan-gu, Mangyeong-gu, Mangsan-si, in order to commit an indecent act against the victim C (the 19-year old age), following the victim’s behind, leading the victim to walk, and spraying the fixed amount on the victim’s clothes and legs.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A.
