A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2016, the Defendant, a taxi driver for rocketing other business purposes, was placed in the state of alcohol content of 0.126% during blood transfusion around 04:10 on September 14, 2016, and was driving the said vehicle at approximately 10km in the front floor of the KOGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGR 117.
