1. On August 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) against Plaintiff A, KRW 19,279,738, Plaintiff B, and C, respectively, KRW 500,00 and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. Facts of recognition 1) Plaintiff B and C are the children of Plaintiff A, and the Defendant is the D vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).
(2) On August 12, 2015, Nonparty E driving the Defendant’s vehicle at around 20:50 on August 12, 2015, and making a left-hand turn at the 56th intersection in front of the Incheon Yeonsu-ro New Elementary School, Song-do, the first intersection in front of the New Elementary School, and the right-hand turn to the left-hand turn at the non-protective right-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn-hand turn at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle. Nonparty A’s FOba (hereinafter “Plaintiff Oba”), who had been straighted in the opposite part, was shocked.
(3) The Plaintiff suffered injury, such as the right side spawn on the left side of the instant accident, due to the instant accident. (4) The Defendant paid the Plaintiff KRW 11,089,160 in total as medical expenses.

B. According to the fact of recognition of liability, in the case of a non-protective left-hand turn, the driver of the vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed prior to entering the intersection and to safely drive the opposite vehicle in accordance with normal signal from the opposite part so as not to interfere with the progress of the opposite vehicle. However, E violated this and caused the instant accident. Thus, the defendant, the insurer of the defendant vehicle, is liable to compensate the plaintiffs for damages caused by the instant accident.
