1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 1, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The fact that the defendant prepared a letter of payment stating that he will pay 35 million won to the plaintiff, and the fact that the defendant did not dispute between the parties, or that it did not show the purport of the whole pleading in the statement of evidence No. 1.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 1, 2016 to the date of full payment, which is the day after the original copy of the instant payment order was served on the Defendant.
