A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

B. On March 18, 2015, around 21:00, at the same place as above 1:00, the 0.25g of philopon purchased from the above E again delivered and received it to the above E without compensation.

On April 11, 2015, around 20:0, in front of the D Hospital located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D Hospital”, 300,000 won was fluored to E with the purchase price of philopon, and 0.5g philopon was fluored by using a philopon, which contains half of E’s fraud.

On March 18, 2015, the Defendant administered philophones five times in total, from the time on which he/she was inserted in the five-story toilets of the D Hospital in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, into the philophones fraud once, 0.1g of philophones into water, and dilution with water, and then he/she administered philophones in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes, from the time he/she administered philophones up to December 26, 2015.
