1. The punishment of a defendant shall be determined by a credit cooperative for six months;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On October 19, 2016, the Defendant operated the above car at around 10:48, and proceeded with the national highways of 34 degrees in Sadong-si, Andong-si, Sasan-si, by two-lanes from the parallel to the parallel city in Ansan-si.

Since its location is at a speed of 80 km per hour, a driver engaged in driving service has a duty of care to prevent accidents by complying with the speed limit and operating the steering gear and brakes accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and moved to 13 km a speed of 133 km, and the Defendant changed from the first lane to the second lane in the direction of the Defendant’s proceeding to the second lane, the Defendant did not avoid the victim’s rocketing motor vehicle of 34 years old. The Defendant’s operation did not avoid the said rocketing motor vehicle and shocked the front side of the right side of the said rocketing motor vehicle to the left side of the Defendant’s operation.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim C, such as light strings, which requires approximately 10 weeks of treatment, due to the above occupational negligence, and suffered injury to the victim E (the 34 years old) and the victim F (the 13 years old), which require approximately 2 weeks of treatment. The Defendant damaged the victim’s vehicle to repair the 5,890,000 won, for repair expenses to the 5,618,000 won.
