1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On October 14, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) driven a rocketing car on the part of October 14, 2017; and (b) driven the front road in front of the road located in Yong-gun D in the south Young-gun; (c) at night, its width is narrow; and (d) motor vehicles are parked on both sides; (c) the Defendant was parked on the left side of the road by neglecting his/her duty of due care to accurately operate the steering and steering gear; and (d) thus, the Defendant was parked on the left side of the road by neglecting his/her duty of care to safely drive the front and left side while accurately operating the steering and steering gear.
