Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2013, around 21:15, the Defendant driven a ecoo vehicle B with approximately 15 meters of alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.125% at the Yandong-dong Pungdong Pungdong Pung-dong Pungdong Pungdong-gu Yandong-si parking lot.
