Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 20, 2012, around 22:15, the Defendant driven a BF car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.172% at a section of about 20 meters from the racol-2 officetel B’s underground parking lot located in Goyang-dong, Mangdong-gu 749 to the entrance of the said 1st floor parking lot.
