Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2013, at around 07:30, the Defendant driven B two-wheeled a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.263% without a motorcycle driver’s license on the front side of the Nolua Plue Plue Puldong in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si.

1. Selection of a selective fine (the blood alcohol concentration is very high, but it shall be taken into account that there is no record of criminal punishment, in addition to punishment imposed as a fine on one occasion for drunk driving, in 2012);

1. Articles 70 and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
