Punishment of the crime

On December 13, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the Seo-gu District Court’s Seo-gu Branch Branch of the Daegu District Court on December 13, 2007. On August 31, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Daegu District Court’s Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court on August 31, 2017.

On September 8, 2019, at around 01:49, the Defendant driven a motorcycle with approximately 1k alcohol level of about 0.106% under the influence of alcohol level in the section of approximately 1k from the roads in front of his dwelling in Kimcheon-si B to the roads in front of the Diplomatic Association in the same city.

On November 16, 2019, at around 19:17, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.122% from a section of about 1.5km to the road in front of the residence of Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, the Defendant driven a two-wheeled vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.12%.

As a result, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drunk driving more than twice, and at the same time, operated without a license.
