A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 2, 2014, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months at the Gwangju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving), and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on May 30, 2014, and is still under suspension of execution.
1.
