A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 05:35 on May 12, 2020, the Defendant threatened the victim, who is his father, with the victim’s knife, with a knife, a thing dangerous to the police that the victim would have reported to the police by the victim, with a knife knife (23 m in knife length) that was dangerous in the defective kitchen, and the victim’s knife knife (72 years of age) would die.”

The Defendant destroyed and damaged special objects by taking advantage of the date and time stated in paragraph (1) and the equipment that was owned by the victim of the excursion ship or telephone that was in the victim’s room, and thus, destroyed the line of the fire-fighting engine with the above blades.
