A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

After graduating from the university, the Defendant currently resides in both-si B, Yangju-si B, 305 Dong 503, together with C(55) who is his father.

1. Around 16:00 on July 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) sought the victim’s explanation that he would be employed from the victim, and (b) sought the victim’s explanation that he would have been employed; and (c) sought the victim’s awareness of the victim’s possession, and subsequently, damaged the victim’s property amounting to approximately KRW 100,000,000, a size of the market value by putting the table up, and then making the table up.
