1. The defendant shall pay 130,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from November 16, 2009 to the day of full payment.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant borrowed KRW 130,00,000 from the plaintiff on October 14, 2009, and repaid it until November 15, 2009, and if the due date has expired, the defendant entered into a monetary loan agreement to pay in addition to the damages for delay of 30% a year, and the notary public notarized it by Law Firm C’s No. 778 on November 2009.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 130,000,000 won and damages for delay at the rate of 12% per annum that the plaintiff seeks from November 16, 2009 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the due date.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
