Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant resisted the victim B at a place far away from the bus stop located in the bus stop. On the part of the Defendant’s hearing about 10 passengers, including C, at the bus stop, the Defendant abused the victim by saying, “the bit of bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitle, ring off the bitch bitch bitle, ring off the bitch bitch bitle, ring off the bitch bitch bitle, bitle bitle, bitle bitle, bitle bitle, bitle bitch bitle,” and openly insulting the victim.
