A shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won, and a fine of 500,000 won, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The defendants are married with a couple, and are neighbors who reside in the same loan as the victim C(55 years old).

At around 20:00 on December 30, 2013, the Defendants: (a) 11 residents, including the above victims, gather at the cafeteria of “E” in the name of “E” located adjacent to the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-si; and (b) were in the neighborhood’s meeting, the Defendants were in dispute with the victim regarding the cleaning of the stairs of Bara with the victim.

1. Defendant A, at the above date and time and place, flabed the above victim’s shoulder, flabed him with her, and assaulted the victim by using 2-3 times as blabing the victim’s head on the right hand, while blabing him on the upper right hand.

2. 피고인 B 피고인은 위 일시, 장소에서 나머지 빌라 주민들은 밖으로 나가고 F 등 약 4명의 빌라 주민이 있는 가운데, 위 피해자에게 “문디, 개새끼 자슥! 이 자슥 개새끼야! 이 자슥이! 날 보고 이사 가라고 야, 이 개자슥아! 니가 가라! 에이 씨! 얼빠진 놈아! 고발해! 고발해! 저 개새끼! 저거! 니 이 자슥아! 총무할 때, 내 도둑놈인줄 다 알고 있어! 이 개새끼야! 이놈의 새끼! 니가 이 자슥아! 도둑놈 해먹으니까 날보고 개새끼! 마! 이놈의 새끼! 총무 총무 이 자식아! 내 돈 줬잖아 개새끼, 새끼! 저, 더러운 놈의 새끼! 저거 화냥년의 새끼! 저거! 도둑놈! 살살 돌아댕기면서 이놈의 새끼 마, 남의 기집년들한테 살살살살 거리고, 야, 이 자식아! 동네 기집년들.."이라고 큰소리로 말하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
