Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and two months, fines of 15 million won, imprisonment with prison labor of six months, and imprisonment with prison labor of one year and fine of one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant committed the crime of Defendant A is the business owner engaging in sexual traffic after leasing the first officetel, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul. 2. Defendant C, Defendant D, and Defendant B’s joint crime are the owners of sexual traffic after renting Kteltel, etc. in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and Defendant D and Defendant B are employed by Defendant C to serve as a so-called “head of office,” who, after receiving the price of sexual traffic from the customers of sexual traffic, served as an officetel in which the female sexual traffic is located.
