Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, and Sung-sung, purchased five smartphones, such as 10,00 won to 15,00 won for each of the 10,00 won to 60,00 won from H, around October 6, 2015, around G convenience stores located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, by a taxi engineer H around October 23:30, 2015, even though he/she acquired and embezzled in his/her own cab on the market price in which he/she was in possession of the name boxes, he/she acquired 4,50,00 won for a gallon, even though he/she was aware of the fact that the gallon owned by S4,00 won was a stolen.

2. On October 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) in collusion with B, D, and Sung-sung; (b) purchased 40,00 won of smartphones, including 5,00 won of 10,00 won of each smartphones from N around the G convenience stores located in the Daejeon Middle-gu, Daejeon around October 9, 2015, he/she acquired 40,000 won of the market price that he/she acquired and embezzled in the O-si at the end of May 2015; and (c) purchased 6 parts of smartphones, such as P, Q, R, S, and T, from around that time, he/she acquired 10,00 to 240,00 won of each smart phone.

3. On January 5, 2016, the Defendant would use a smartphone to the victim W who became aware of in the V restaurant located in the Jung-gu Daejeon U on January 5, 2016 through the Facebook North Korea.

In other words, 80,000 won of the market price was 80,000 won from the injured party, and the phone was 6,000,000 from the phone, and it was stolen after leaving the phone.
