Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On August 28, 2015, Defendant B was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Embezzlement) at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) on January 27, 2016, and the Daejeon District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Daejeon District Court on March 15, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

After the victim C purchased a Alley from Hong Kong, the Defendants planned to steal the victim’s purchase of the Alley in the Incheon International Airport transfer zone, and the Defendants knew of the fact that the project is in progress in a way of obtaining market price gains by shipping it back to Japan, and selling it back to the Incheon International Airport transfer zone. The Defendants planned to steal it by transporting the Alleyba together with D (Detention Prosecution on September 18, 2018) and E.

Pursuant to the above programme, D, under the overall control of the crime, intended to play the role of disposing of the stolen pelbs in Japan, including E, F, G, and E, B, and E, B, and B, which will take charge of the transfer of the pelbs into Korea and exchange the pelbs into Korea. The Defendants, together with the above H, conspiredd to play the role of transporting the pelbs into Japan’s pelbs and transporting the pelbs to F, and delivering the pelbs to G, with the client’s side pelbs.

On June 21, 2018, J, together with the victim, recruited the Defendants, including the Defendants, and recruited H as a pelb transport pelb, and around June 21, 2018, the victim: (a) issued a right to air transit tickets; and (b) requested the victims purchased from Hong Kong through K to transport the pelba, which is the victim's possession, from the Incheon State’s provision port; and (c) on June 21, 2018, the Defendants requested the Incheon State to transport the pelba, which is the victim's possession, to the pelba public port; and (d) around June 17:25, 2018, the Defendants received 30 pelba from K in the Incheon International Airport located at the Jung-gu Airport of Incheon City, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (d) 21 out of them to H.
