1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 500,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from May 4, 2019 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff purchased a Alley in Hong Kong and then conducted a business in such a way as to obtain profits from market prices by selling it again to Japan in the Incheon International Airport Transfer Zone.
B. On November 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) as a branch of the Daejeon District Court Branch of the Daejeon District Court (Seoul District Court), planned the Defendant to steal the C, D, E, F, G, etc. to transport the dubs owned by the Plaintiff; (b) around June 21, 2018, the Plaintiff planned to transport the dubs purchased from the Hong Kong through H to the Japanese airport from the Incheon International Airport to the Macok Airport; (c) received 30 dubs owned by the Plaintiff from the disabled toilets in the Incheon International Airport to the Haca; and (d) delivered the dubs to the F and G waiting at the same date after entering Japan; (c) disposed of approximately 120,000,000,000,000,000 won in total, and then disposed of the 15,000,000,000 won in Incheon International Airport by means of 15,018.
C. The Defendant led to a confession of all criminal facts in the instant case, and the said court sentenced the Defendant to four years of imprisonment on March 15, 2019.
Therefore, although the Defendant appealed, the Daejeon District Court Decision 2019No884 decided August 28, 2019, the Defendant’s appeal was dismissed, and the judgment became final and conclusive on September 5, 2019.

2. Determination
A. According to the above facts, the defendant, along with C, shall cut the aggregate of the market prices of the plaintiff's possession to approximately KRW 1.5 billion, and shall pay the plaintiff the amount equivalent to the market price of the above aggregate as compensation for damages caused by the illegal act. The plaintiff is sought.
