A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1.5 million won for a fine of 1.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, 4 million won for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Support of Incheon District Court on May 31, 2016, and 200 million won for a fine of 4 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Support of Incheon District Court on September 27, 2016.

On June 7, 2018, at around 06:51, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a DDama vehicle from around 700 meters to the front road of the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si, Seocheon-si, Seoan-si, Seocheon-si, with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.247% while under the influence of alcohol without a driver’s license.

On January 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 20 million due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (a violation of the Age of 13 minor indecent acts) in the Daejeon District Court’s Support on 10 January 10, 2018, and was notified of the obligation to register and submit personal information. As such, on June 9, 2018, the said judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendant shall submit the basic personal information to the head of the police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 30 days from

Nevertheless, by October 18, 2018, the Defendant did not submit personal information to the head of the Seoanbuk-gu Police Station having jurisdiction over the “Sacheon-gu B” in his/her residence by October 18, 2018 without justifiable grounds.
