Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2016, the Defendant is a person subject to the registration of personal information on August 20, 2016, on which the judgment became final and conclusive on August 20, 2016, after having been sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 million for the crime of indecent act by force in the Daejeon

Where the basic personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date the reason and details of the change occur, and shall have the head of a police agency attend a police agency having jurisdiction over his/her domicile by December 31 of each year from the following year after the year in which he/she submitted the basic personal information and have the head of a police agency store and keep

Accordingly, the defendant violated the duty to report the change of personal information and the duty to take photographs.
