Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 3, 2011, at around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) entered a house of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B 101, where the victim C (year 71, female) who is the head of his house living in, and was unable to move the victim by hand; (b) opened the room on the part of his house, and kiscing the victim on the part of his house, kiscing the victim on the part of his her scke, and kis the victim on several occasions; (c) continued to remove the Defendant by kiding the Defendant on the part of his sexual flag; and (d) committed an indecent act by coercioning the victim on his hand by sckeing the victim from his ward to the floor by cutting the victim’s scam from his room to the floor; and (e) committing an indecent act by force.
