If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 19, 2013, at around 00:05, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim among E et al., for the following reasons: (a) on the ground that a male was taking care of a female in front of the Defendant’s residence located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu, Daegu, Police Station C District of the Daegu, Police Station, which was called “Ye-gu, Police Station C District of the Daegu, Police Station, and interfered with a minor dispute between husband and wife’s seat; and (b) on the ground that there was 4-5 dong residents, including E et al.
