Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who had registered the international marriage brokerage business from around December 13, 2012 to be "C Co., Ltd." and actually operated the above company, and Defendant B has been engaged in the business of counseling with users who wanting international marriage or entering into a contract with the above company from around August 2013.

1. The defendant A and B shall obtain personal information from a user who has entered into an international marriage brokerage contract and the other party to marriage brokerage, such as "here of marriage" and provide the other party and the user with such information in writing after obtaining certification from a notary public of each relevant country;

Nevertheless, Defendant A and B conspired to act as a member of Vietnam on September 13, 2013, and arranged for international marriage in collusion with each other and each other in writing with personal information, such as “Marriage experience,” which is a woman of Vietnam’s nationality, to be seen as a woman of Vietnam. 2. On October 6, 2013, Defendant A and B got certified as a notary public of each relevant country, and provided the other party and user with the same in writing. Nevertheless, the Defendant arranged F for international marriage without providing the personal information, such as “Marriage experience,” which is a woman of Vietnam’s nationality, to be a woman of Vietnam’s nationality.

3. The Defendant C Co., Ltd. committed each of the offenses described in paragraphs (1) and (2) with respect to the Defendant’s business at each date, time, and place described in paragraphs (1) and (2) as above.
