Criminal facts

At around 08:00 on August 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) performed the infrastructure construction by using a digging hole to perform penting construction works in the land owned by the Defendant; (b) extracted the boundary marking posts installed to indicate the boundary of the land by requesting the boundary network and the Korea Cadastral Corporation installed by the victim D to the boundary marking; and (c) damaged the part of the land owned by the victim, which is approximately 150 square meters of the land owned by the victim, thereby making it impossible to recognize the boundary.
