Defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for eight months due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Young-gu District Court Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu branch on July 19, 2017.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car in Crocland.

On May 29, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car at around 18:38, and proceeded ahead of the Dong middle school located on the south of the Gyeongjin-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, at the speed of about 50km from the sloping to the south of the west.

Since there was a narrow road, the vehicle was parked at the edge of the road, so there was a duty of care that the driver of the vehicle should look at the steering room properly and accurately operate the steering gear to prevent the parked vehicle from being parked.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not accurately operate the steering gear, and neglected to do so, the Defendant took the part of the steering wheeling car owned by the victim D, which was parked in the front section, into the front gate of the passenger car, the left gate part of the passenger car owned by the victim D, and immediately parked thereafter, received the same part of the G EXE car owned by the victim F, which was parked later.

Ultimately, even if each of the above automobiles owned by the victims was damaged to the extent of KRW 6,130,000,000 in total of repair costs by occupational negligence, the Defendant did not immediately stop and take measures necessary to prevent traffic hazards and obstacles and ensure smooth traffic.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance, such as the date and place stated in paragraph 1, at the time and place.
