When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 22, 2019, the Defendant, around 16:40 on August 2, 2019, c public service centers located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, intended to take a heavy bath in front of the C public service center, and obstructed the disturbance from D, who is a public official in charge of the protection of the said C, and assaulted D’s chest part in his hand three times.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of government office buildings of public officials.
