A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

피고인은 2014. 11. 28.경부터 2015. 5. 29.경까지 경산시 C에 있는 ‘D게임랜드’를 운영하면서 위 게임장에 씨포카 20대, 백설공주 10대, 청산 10대 등 게임기 총 40대를 설치하여 놓고 손님들에게 자동실행장치(일명 똑딱이)를 제공하여 손님들이 게임을 할 수 있도록 하고, 게임의 결과로 획득한 점수 10,000점당 무료이용권 1장을 지급하고, 손님들이 게임을 끝내고 가면서 환전을 요구하면 무료이용권 1장 당 10%를 공제한 9,000원을 환전하여 주었다.
